I have been shopping around for a cruise and asked if I could bring Zoey. They said they only allow service dogs..'0) I told the guy she is a service dog..she keeps me from going bonkers after dealing with life all day long. So she definitely performs a service. Sadly they didn't want to hear my nonsense.
