Sorry I dont have any tips for you as prudence has slept through the night since we got her at 8 weeks old.I slept with her in the lounge on a mattress on the floor for the first 2 months cause I was scared she would fall off the bed,and now she is in with my husband and I oh and milo the jack russell and we have single mattresses all around the bed incase she jumps off as she does.Good luck to you.
