That is wonderful that you rescued her. Were the previous owners the "breeders?"
Keep an eye on her and make sure she stays hydrated and I would take her to the vet as soon as possible for a check up. Having that many fleas at such a young age would have made her anemic. You will want to deworm her as well since fleas can cause worms such as tapeworms.
If you hadn't gotten her and took care of her, she could have died from the fleas alone, kudos to you for rescuing this sweet little girl!!
