The animal shelter lady says that this is really becoming a problem. She says people are losing there homes and leaving the animals behind
She says people are coming to the shelter to get food to feed cause they can not afford to feed them anymore.
The mayor says he will be making a phone call about this rental house. So hopefully it gets cleaned up.
There is no reason why people should let there house go like this, that is just pure laziness! and leaving innocent animals behind is just cruel.
