I had some trouble with dakota chewing on unwanted things when she was teething. One bad problem was her chewing her harness and leash. Our vet told me to smear a little bit of plain deodorant on them, that dogs didn't like the way it tastes. I was worried about it upsetting her stomach, but he said she would be fine (given I didn't out the whole tube on there
). So I tried it and it worked like magic! They also sell stuff you can put on furniture and what not, I will try to find the name for you. Good Luck!
