Can all the dogs actually see each other through this fence? maybe if they can't see each other anymore through a 'new' fence then the barking may calm down somewhat? It's a wooden fence, I'll try to describe it, it's about 6 feet tall, and there are posts on each side of the horizontal boards, alternating. If you go up to it you can't see the other side, but standing at an angle you can. I was thinking of even plywood because it's solid.
