That place sounded real dirty and unprofessonal. I believe it was a very good thing you did not allow the vet to treat your babies. A low grade vet clinic will have untrained, thoughtless, staff working there. Heck, the housecleaning was even bad.
I hate it when the vet only is concerned with "routine" care. NOt listening to the owner, or caring. Those are all extremley bad signs.
the vet place i go to is ok. But, I had a different vet see Suzi last time and he was not honoring my wishes concerning vaccines. I need to be certain to request the same vet that DID understand .
I hope you find a good vet for your darlings. I drivr nearly an hour for ours.
