Sorry so late to report back. Was really tired after the show and pictures didn't want to download. Will send tomorrow - photos. I am still not caught up on my rest since my husband's illness.
The show was great - but really happened fast and several no shows. I knew one of the no shows and was looking forward to seeing her again, but may have had to leave a day early due to the hurricane. There is another show in Sept. - in Atlanta.
Puppy dog class 9 & under 12 months went to Sugarfoot's the Magic Begins owned by Vicki Edwards.
Open Dogs went to Strateford's High and Mighty owned by Barbara Scott.
Only one puppy Bitches 6 & under 12 mos - Gaelwyn's Celtic Dancer (really sweet face) owned by Marie Bradley
Open Bitch winner was Tyava's Girlie Girl (Ava wasn't there, but her friend showed) - very nice!
Then Lisa's dog CH. Tophat I'm Just a Flyboy took Best of Breed, of course - also co-owned with Ann Fultz.
All the yorkies were very nice - most in competition had silky coats and level toplines. I was very impressed and had a great time. The judge was really checking them closely for face, silky coats, and formation/angle of hind legs.
I was also able to get my new grooming table and show bows! Yea!!
Will send the photos tomorrow.
Enjoy.
