thanks erin.. I cannot believe my girlfriend unhooked them to open the window for fresh air.. like duh.. go out side or at least ask jim how to do it.. frustrating.. we are having company and they are staying in the motorhome and it is hanging down behind the couch.. and they have kids.
I will give any infor to jim to see if there is anyway we can fix this..without taking it into a shop to be there for who knows how long to fix a blind..hugs anne
