I know it's expensive for a personal trainer, and part of their (our) worth is in motivating and teaching, but if you are at all self-motivated, there's an EXCELLENT magazine on fitness called Oxygen~ you can buy it on most newsstands these days. They also publish a few special issues a year that deal with specific issues such as Abs, Glutes, Legs, and one of the best is CLEAN EATING....with diet plans and recipes. I believe the Summer issue of Clean Eating is out now.
The monthly magazine has lots of different workouts for beginners thru more advanced people and I will admit that it's geared somewhat to fitness competitors, but hey....who says some of you can't end up one of them
