My Sugar is normally a snuggle bug but when he wants to sleep, he wants to be left alone. He sleeps in his own bed on the floor next to my bed. I used to have his bed on the bench at the foot of my bed so he could sleep in my bed if he wanted to but he never did. In fact he likes sleeping so much that if I wake up too early for him, he will run under my bed so I can't disturb him.
Spike and Gracie sleep in my daughter's bed. If she is spending the night out, they sleep in bed with me and my husband- even then Sugar wants nothing to do with it.
The funny thing is that during waking hours, Sugar is stuck to me like glue. He follows me everywhere and would prefer if I just held him all day.
