 Okay...I've Decided to Wait
I really want a female yorkie, so does my daughter! There are NO rescues/adoptable yorkies near me at all.
The ones on craigslist are either hoaxes or I miss out on getting them.
So...now that I have decided to wait and possibly buy one from a reputable breeder since it looks like adopting is out of the question, here are my questions:
1. If you go to a breeder "out of state" how do you know they are not a puppy mill?
2. Do breeders accept payment arrangements/plans, or is it all due up front?
3. How do you choose a puppy without actually seeing it??? |
