The lady that a bought it from showed me specifically how to use it. He really gets bull headed and pulls. I am going to give chattiesmom a try. Everyone says wonderful things about her harness. I have a paypal snafu to work out and I will order from her. I don't want to give up on the step in because I like that it takes the pressure off their delicate necks.
