That's where we hit the problem. He can not qualify for medical or financial help without being diagnosed with something. He can't get to a dr to be tested/diagnosed without the medical/financial help. We can not afford to pay for it out of pocket.
Plus, how do you sit someone down and explain to them that you think they have some serious mental health issues and need to be evaluated?
