Thanks for those tips. I have done the baking soda, and the fiber problem of course I'm having, but I think I can remedy that. It does help a lot. Yes vinegar was on my list, and I think someone said alcohol to help kill the bacteria. Once when I had a cat urine problem ugg, I had to use my wet vac on both the front and back of carpet. I was able to pull the carpet up and remove the padding and replace and spray varnish on the hardwood. The spot for the milk is in a harder place to be able to pull it up. Oh I wish I had hardwood all thru the house
