I haven't taken it, so I don't have any advice there. I'm sorry you're in pain; as a nurse, pain management always really pulled at my heart bc I just hate seeing people in physical pain when there are so many options out there (and so many docs who aren't good at pain mgmt.). The only thing that helps me when I'm starting a new med is I read the *actual* prescribing information - the stuff that's meant for the docs from the drug's website. Do you read that? I often find it reassuring...or at least way more informative than the patient education (which is minimal). At least then you know the actual % of different side effects and at what doses they occur etcetera. So, I don't know if that'd help you or not - but just thought I'd throw it out there since it helps me.
