I don't rotate with kibble. I'll rotate the flavor of meats within the raw. You really do not have to rotate with the kibble - there isn't any physiological reason to do so. Now, the theory behind rotating meats once in a while - and food in general - is to avoid the chance of acquired allergies. So a bit of rotation of flavors is good. Of course, if you want to do kibble - you can; I think in your case - with your baby's tummy, it would be whatever works for the ibd.

So, I assume they've totally ruled out anything else like liver/pancreas involvement - they've done all those blood tests? Are most of his ibd problems with the stool - or is it vomiting too? Does his tummy make awful noises during episodes?
