What products were you using and when..at bath time, brushing time etc ?

Unforunately, oil into the skin will cause dry skin..it clogs the pores. Use a good dog shampoo and conditoner..mist the hair when brushing..avoid oil or greasy products directly tot he skin..wash it off well.
