We have been waiting to have Scooter neutered because the vet said he will have to be "quiet" for around 2 weeks after the operation and wear a no-lick collar. There is no way we could make Scoot be quiet and not jump on furniture. He plays so hard with our other dog, Bitsy, that he is constantly on the go. What is a realistic waiting period?
