well that just sucks doesn't it ? I'm surprised that Craigslist is allowing it...and whatever they want to call it - rehoming or for Sale - it involves money....
and where money is involved... so are scammers and lowlifes.
Personally I had good luck with craigslist selling when I had to move... but LIVE Animals is something totally different.
