Actually it does.....
The posts in can GENERAL DISCUSSION get buried fast by new Threads - the posts in other sections don't move as quick & Nancy1999 is right - there are alot of members who go purposly to the 'sick injured / health' sections to see if they CAN help -
As fast as threads are posted on the GD main section - people can miss them...one reason (not to diss anyone) is - General Discussion can have some pretty silly threads ?
Not to mention (but I AM lol) - the moderators have to move threads to the right section every single day cause this site has a HUGE number of new people all the time - that's very time consuming and they don't get paid for the hours they 'work' (though I personally think they should)
