We took my 13 year old son on the Disney Cruise! I was a little concerned that he wouldn't like it at that age but he had the best time and still talks about going again and he is a Marine and married!! Guess he is still a kid at heart!

Don't miss the dining room experience.(i would personally select the late seating since the families tend to eat earlier)..it is worth it just to watch what goes on in there!! the food is fabulous and surprisingly enough the little kids didn't bother us that much since they were all so busy. The parents drop them off early in the morning at the kid camps and pick them up at midnight. The little ones have a blast and watching them go through the ship like little ducks following the camp counselor is a hoot! The movie theater on board shows great family Disney movies and there are tons of things going on all day long. The excursions are wonderful too. They have separate activities for the teenagers so my son had a blast. They have a little coca cola bar with video games and places to just sit and talk.
There are many, many couples there without children...lots of honeymooners too! The ship is beautiful and the little Disney characters run around through the ship all the time.
We did the 7 day package (3 days at the theme parks and 4 days cruise). That was a perfect vacation!!
Highly recommend!!!
