I know whenever I take Kota for a walk, if I see one comming a mile away, I pick him up right away. Kota is one of those dogs that has to say hi to every other dog he sees. And I just think dogs like pit bull, dober, rots may not have the patience for Kota. And may just find him irritating. I myself find myself even more cautious when walking by one. I do agree I think they are just that way.
