I have a girl now that is displaying many of the behaviors you describe. In the case of my girl, I know that she is approaching her heat cycle though she isn't quite there yet. Since you've had your girl a month, it shouldn't be a false pregnancy as you would have noticed some stage of her heat cycle. If she were actually in heat, you should see some blood and swelling, also she would be cleaning herself a lot. If she were pregnant, it would have happened just before you got her and she probably would have had some morning sickness or pickiness with her food. Mine usually also get a little lazy when they're expecting. My guess is that Maggie is approaching her cycle just as my Bonnie is.
