I do use the pee pads exclusively, occassionally Noddie have urinated in the grass when she has picked up another dog's scent...this is very rare though. But I also don't have pads all over my house, they are in 2 places - the laundry room behind closed door and removed when used and in a corner on the outdoor patio where no one has to walk around them. Don't put the pads all around because your entire house will become her tiolet. Pads are in only one place inside my house. Put them in discrete low traffic areas and take her to them when she signals she need to potty, if she doesn't give signals take her on regular intervals and don't wait for a signal... I find by taking Noddie regularly 2 to 3 hours or after waking up or playing she has very few accidents around the house. Just watch your baby regularly and take her to the pads... you really should have only one area in your house with the pads
