I wasn't going to say anything else but you have to make a decision - The vet for treatment - or the vet to end her suffering. I'm so sorry to say that but that's your reality if you don't get her in RIGHT AWAY.
She's hurting & you have to take care of her. It may be too late to save her and I'm so sorry to say that
....but Parvo is a death sentence without the right medical attention. you can't 'give her medicine' then leave her alone. She needs to be watched right now and under a vets supervision
