 update on lexi
this morning went smooth.... she hated the medicine.. but who doesnt hate medicine right?....
she LOVED the perscription food they gave her.. and she drank plenty of water. i had to leave her for two hours while i went to work before scott got home from work.... i hated leaving her.
when i got home, she looks like shes going downhill....
i dont know of shes going to make it. shes just whimpering and breathing hard.. and every once in awhile she spits up. i dont think shes spitting up medicine bc i gave her anti vomiting med. i think shes also vomiting water.... not alot, but enough. so i called the vet again...... they said that they could put fluids in her tomorrow. and they told me to wait and give her more anti vomiting med and not to force her to eat or drink.
i just want her to get better... its breaking my heart to watch her go through this |
