Since he is eating things he shouldn't be eating, I would suggest getting a plastic x-pen to confine him. Put him in an area w/tile or linoleum so that he can't soil or eat the carpet. That way you can truly keep an eye on everything he eats.

Try pineapple in his food. SOmetimes that will deter them from eating their own poop.

Are his 'gurgly sounds' gassy sounds? Is there blood in his poo?

I would stop the Innova for awhile and feed him a boiled chicken/rice diet. Feed it for several days and see if his tummy settles down.

Do you have a vet appt? Keep us posted as to his diagnosis and progress.
