We've had Cruiser for 2 weeks now. He's now 13 weeks old. He does not wag his tail or give me kisses. Is that normal? I thought all dogs wagged their tails? And he will lick my hands but not my face. I know some people don't really like that but I want him to give me a kiss. He also doesn't seem excited to see me when I come home from work. My husband is home with him all day so it's not like he's alone but still you'd think he'd be happy to see his mom. But maybe he doesn't know I'm his mom yet. I hope he's happy in his new home even if he's not showing it in traditional ways...
