If you want to switch, my choice would be none of those three.
For allergies I'd try Natural Balance if you like the company.
If you like Karma (Innova), I'd go with California natural but you will have to find a flavor with the least allergens.
Solid Gold is okay I guess, but some of the blends aren't meant for allergies.
