I'd be past fuming and very upset if that happened too and don't blame you for feeling this way - I would too - - I was upset when a vet made Chanels toenail bleed a few years ago but they felt bad too -
IF the groomer was sincerely apologetic and offered to cover medical expenses - I'd accept that and never go back ...poor baby - that had to HURT !
