You do need to just be patient with him. He is just a baby
and sometimes it takes quite a while for them to catch on
what it is you want them to do. I don't know what your
time is like but I usually in the beginning fed Teddy and then
about 15 to 20 minutes later brought him outdoors and we
stayed out there it didn't matter how long until he did
something. Then when he finally did his business we like
threw yorkie potty parties. I am serious we whoo hoo'd
and gave him treats and kisses and hugs and the more
we did that the better he got. I know it is frustrating
but it will get better...
