I am so glad Piper did great with her spay surgery. Some put preemie diapers under the onsies & just cut hole for the tail. You can also buy doggie diapers, which are really neat....they have velcro, but I know you are needing something right away. I found the cutest onsies @WalMart in a pack of 5 with the cutest sayings/all different colors. Good Luck with her healing process.
