She looks more like a papillion to me than a long hair chi. My mother raises chi's so thats why I am saying that. Either way she is adorable. I would take her to the vet have them look her over. I know my vet wont charge anything for an exam on a stray. Poor girl, I would take her in a heartbeat if I were closer. Looks like you already have a great offer though.
