I've read reports of downed trees and impassable streets in my hometown of Houma. No reports from Thibodaux yet. Both cities are under curfew since 8 PM last night. No one is allowed to be out and about because there were mandatory evacuations.
The 9th Ward in New Orleans is devastated. There will be catastrophic damage in places.
