Someone just rang my door bell right now and asked why I tied my dog to the fence. I'm thinking that's ridiculous I would never tie my dog to a fence.

I walk around to the corner and there she was a little dog on a blue leash tied to the outside of my fence. This is the second time someone has dumped their dog in my yard! Five years ago someone dumped a baby beagle in my yard.

I took the poor little baby in .... my neighbor who rang the door bell said he would talk to his wife and see if they could take her. But nothing is definite yet.

I just don't understand why people keep dumping their dogs in my yard. But I guess it is better here than somewhere else.

I'm not sure what breed she is, I think she might be a long haired chihuahua. She's cute and looks to be just recently groomed.
