I love this thread! It was so fun to read everyone's stories!

I have not, so don't get excited. But I knew a few people that have and they said he was just really kind and very genuine.

I'm from Miami as well, and we see
OJ all of the time. My parents
hate him so it's always funny when they're the ones that run in to him. Highlights: my dad waiting for his car at a vallet and trying to ignore OJ while he's trying to make small talk with my Dad AND waiting to eat at Rosters & Toasters while my parents complain that OJ is there too. (P.S. Samurai is so amazing, it's been so long since I've been there. I just had to share my love for it though....)
I always thought I'd get to meet tons of celebrities being from Miami but in reality not so much. I saw
Andrew Dan-Jumbo from
While Where Were Out and
Handyman on TLC twice walking around South Beach. Funny story with that one: I saw him and my Mom was turned the opposite way so she didn't. She was really upset and we joked that she wouldn't see him again unless he came back around, which he wouldn't because that part of South Beach is not somewhere you'd circle back around to. Well within 30 minutes or so he did come back and I practically screamed to her so she'd see him the second time.
My family saw
Kenneth Star right around the entire impeachment ordeal. He was eating in the same restaurant as us at Wilderness Lodge (in Disney World) and his bodyguards/secret service guys were so obvious: they were talking in to their
chap sticks! Saw
Tori Spelling at a restaurant when I was little.
My only real meeting of a star was the
Rock, years ago. His now ex-wife used to get her nails done the same place as my Mom. He'd come in every once in a while with her. I didn't recognize him (not being in to wrestling, and that'd be the only way to know him at that time) he was just this really big and tall guy. He was nice though. We talked briefly (I think) and he was a real mench and if I remember he got his nails done: a buff and a clear coat!
Oh wait! I have one more, not that big of a deal though (I just remembered it though). I met
Josh Kelly. You may know him as the husband of Katherine Heigl. He played a concert and I met him after his set, maybe a year ago. He was really nice and very funny, and he was
very tall. At the time he had a crazy beard, so he was the giant bearded guy. I took a picture with him, and my friend was barely able to get us (without heads cut off) in one shot.
