He! he! My Yorkie Arnold (now over the Rainbow bridge bless him) was neutered at 12 months. Yet he humped his furry toys, especially one, even after this, all his life. Oh and yes the lipstick. (Wouldn't have though a Yorkie his size had one that big. lol.)
Because I tried to stop him, he would go into the dining room and have a go there.
