You wouldn't BELIEVE how common that is in Alaska, where it's either dark most of the time or light most of the time. 6 p.m. looks just like 6 a.m., summer and winter.

I work for a newspaper, and my favorite story of all time was some guy who called up at 7 p.m. and wanted to know where the hell his paper was. We told him that the circulation office closed every day at 5 p.m., so he couldn't get a paper. He argued and argued and said he wanted his paper NOW. We finally realized that he thought it was 7 a.m. the next day. When he realized it, he hung up without apologizing.
