I liked the results so much that I started taking it myself. I take 1 tbsp daily. Flax has many health benefits beyond just skin and hair. I haven't used the seed yet but have seen recipes online that include flax seed. Right now, Puritan's Pride vitamins has a good sale on flaxseed oil. It's the best price I've found anywhere. Revival Animal Health has it for about $7.50 for 16 oz. but right now Puritan's Pride has a better price.
YAY!!! Thank you so much! I actually have ground seed that I eat in my oatmeal and malt-o-meal every day. So I have the ground stuff laying around, I just thought I needed to give him the oil He is getting neutered tomorrow so I'm going to wait for him to recover from that before I start him on it. I can't wait to see improvement in his coat! I'm letting it grow out and am trying to take as best of care of it as I can. This should really help! Thanks everyone!

Wish Epsilon luck tomorrow! He's only 3 pounds so I'm really freaked out about him getting neutered.
