When i got my kitty spayed she was kinda groggie for a few days and didn't feel well. She would try to use her litter box but sometimes wouldn't quite make it there or wouldn't get all the way into the box. I would wait a week and see if it improved. they just might not be as mobile right now or realize they have to go until it's too late.
