I started walking him on the leash in the house and he does MUCH better outside... MUCH MUCH MUCH better. He still stops randomly and looks at me with those sad puppy dog eyes but he keeps on walking. Now i just have to get him walking and POOPING outside instead of right when he gets back inthe house on the carpet.
