Shaving the hair off is a good thing to do and taping the ear or ears up for 3 or 4 days and then take them down for a day and then tape them back up works vey well. I had one ear I had to tape up until my boy was a year old but they are beauitful v shaped ears now. Be carefull not to put the tape to close to the head because it can rub and make a sore at the base of the ear.
