Frivilous lawsuits costs the consumers billions of dollars each year. Businesses pass the expense on to the consumer.
I agree they should have been honest, but accidents happen and no amount of money is going to make the dog hurt any less. So who and what is the money for.
When you have a business, any business, there will be business related incidents, but not all of them warrant a lawsuit. They should have been honest, that is for sure. But they offered to pay the vet bill and they refunded her money. There is no lawsuit. |
Bottom line is that they should not be in the dog grooming business!!!!
