I think what happened is terrible, but I do not believe that a lawysuit is the solution to every bad thing that happens. Hurting your dog - and then not telling you - is horrible. But suing, in my opinion, is just as bad.
The best thing you can do is spread the word so that this particular groomer loses business. Write a letter to the editor, take out an ad, post notices at vet's offices, etc. |
