I have notebooks for different subjects that I immediately glue the cut-out info into. Recipes go into large photo albums that have the plastic picture protector pages in it. Otherwise, I be a mess. Periodically I go through what I have collected and get rid of ridiculous stuff or out-dated info. Good luck going through them. Think it would be a fun project.
