that's over the counter.. that's what i currently use.. i don't use it now, but i have it just incase i can't sleep
when i worked graveyard shifts, i totally got really sick from it. it was messing with my sleeping patterns so bad and because the transition was so sudden my body couldn't cope.
to stay away i took caffiene pills, to go to sleep in the morning i'd take sleeping pills. it got so bad that i was taking vicodin to go to sleep, but i couldn't sleep. so i started taking Ativan and restoril and still couldn't sleep. i ended up getting really sick and anemic..
and it was a lot with stress too. stress is a bummer
