"clicquish" I really don't think the members are trying to be "clicquish". It is just some have been here so long, longer than us, so they have built friendships with one other.
So as you post with new ideas, questions, ect... as well as respond to posts this well help others to get to know you as well. It is kinda a two way street. Don't get discouraged, just jump in there.
