I am always on yorkie talk at night. I think it is severly messing up my sleep pattern, or what I may have once called a sleeping pattern. I cant believe its already 1:30 am here and I told myself I'd go to bed by midnight. I gotta get up at 6:45am. I even took Nyquil (sp?) 2 hours ago and it sure didnt work
