Those poor babies sound like they were home-sick....does she not realize that this is normal?!
They probably didn't eat because they were nervous over the change...that, too, is normal. How lucky that you got them back. I cannot imagine treating one of my dogs like that!
Livi used to cry at night because she slept in the bathroom, but once we decided that since she is afterall the princess of the house and should sleep in bed with us, she has never had another problem.
I am very sorry that you and your babies went through this, but thankfully, you have them back home.
